Also, what is the most power I should run to the RE midbass 6.5's?

How many watts are you throwing to those comp set? most you will need to feed them is 100-125 clean watts meaning gains under half.

I'm running a JBL LCA-752. I know its not a great amp but I might be upgrading and I am wondering how much power I should run in an ideal world. I might get a sax100.2.

If u have a problem popping tweeters go active. It seems like passive crossovers just aren't 100% trustable.

you shouldn't need more than 50 watts on the tweeters if you go active. some people run them of the headunit with a crossover.
