Sealing subs off from trunk. Anyone got pics or have tried it?

Thinking about for final solution for subs. Getting 1 xcon and building it like the top left one.

I know its all about trying it yourself and seeing if sounds good, Or facing your current box towards the cabin and putting towels to the side of it to sorta imitate what it would be like being forward facing and sealed off. as a trial before doing the above mentioned way.

Im still interested to know if anyone has actually tried the top left way.
