The MDF of the baffle of my box is a little warped so I was woundering how I could go about sealing it. Its just a little far in so there is a small leak around the sub in one spot. I still would want it to look decent so no tape or silicon. I was thinking some left over dynamatt? Input?

Couple layers of closed cell weather stripping.

How much of a gap exists?

You might be able to get away with one strip.

You can get a thin strip of it and it will be hidden behind the woofer's outer ring.

weatherstripping or foam stripping is gonna be your best bet. you can get strips of it at home depot for the cheap.
