sealed the wall. still louder trunk open.

doing a concrete box is easy. make a box out of OSB. make another box out of OSB around that one that is 4-6" larger but open on the sub side. (OSB is made from resin-soaked wood fibers in alternating strands - it is inherently resistant to moisture, i.e. concrete/water). mix and pour concrete in. now you have a box where 5 of the 6 sides are 4-6" of concrete.

impossible to get it to NOT be louder with the trunk open. ive seen multiple trunk systems sealed off, including mine, and no amount of foam and panels can keep the pressure from going to the trunk and "cancelling" out. im pretty positive all sealed off trunk systems are louder with the trunk open. just my experiance.

in that case you need to unseal the trunk and run in like usaci ppl and do subs all the way to the back of the trunk and put batts and amps on side or in spare tire well
yeah chris (aka spl kid) was telling me this when i met him but i cant bring myself to do it. and id like to have a wall. just looks better IMO if it would friggen work ....
