why is this? i used foam. deadining. and duct tape. still louder trunk open but its a tad louder than it was with i down. but it opens up with the trunk up teh fvck am i missing.

the tape is on only for the foam to set up

AFAIK i may just bring foam to you guys with the peel n seal i mean rammat //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif so you can experiment but im out of places to seal off!

guessing here... one of the "smarter peeps" might now more about it... but I would guess still getting waves coming off the back wall feeding out... maybe even just cordboard around the box leaving 2-3" and then great stuff it

the rear of my box has tons of flex so i bet thats it. ill put some pine ofer it for a double baffle.

2x4's from the outside...cheaper/easier/less work then threaded rod and fiberglass
