Sealed Box

I plan on getting a 12" cvx and am now looking for a box to home it. i was looking around and found this http://www.woofersetc.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=product.display&Product_ID=3627 I'm not really sure what makes a good or bad box can someone please explain this to me? I want duel because later on i plan on getting another cvx. let me know what you think.

try a vented box, but its a good solid box groundshker makes good stuff i think...
