Sealed Box Volume?

The 12" SSD sounds best in a 1.1 cf (after displacement) sealed enclosure based on what the Fi Car Audio guy said on their forum.

The sub takes up 0.14 cf so I want to find a box around 1.24 cf but all I can seem to find are boxes that have 1.2 cf and 1.45 cf.

What difference would there be between 1.05 cf and 1.1 cf or 1.1 cf and 1.26 cf? Is it even a big deal?

What's the best solution outside of building my own or paying someone to make a custom box?

Get one thats 1.45cf and use something to displace .2cf, like some wood or something.

That's what I figured. Would gorilla glue be enough to hold a block of wood steady despite the vibration?
