Sealed Box Question

The sealed range for my sub is .65 to 1.25 ft3 with the optimum size being .8 ft3 after displacement. Right now i have the box at .65ft3 after displacment i made a stupid mistake while making it. But the sub does not seam to be following through all the way. Will making a new bow at .8ft3 make a big difference or no?

Sry for second post but i left out the specs. The sub is a 12" Alpine Type X being pushed by a Alpine PDX 1.100 amp at ohms in a 08 mustang.
