Seaching for an Amp for 2 Image Dynamics 10"

Hello there, I got some good feedback about subs, and went with 2 Image Dynamics ID 10" and I am using a sealed box, or possibly a IB set up. I am not yet decided on the box.

The subs are dual 2ohm, and they are local, I can change my mind for dual 4 ohm and I have no clue what that means to me.

I was thinking of one of these amps. Does anyone have suggestions, or amps for sale, or input for me?

The front stage is VERY modest with 3 Infinity Kappa 4" and door speakers are 6x9s for some reason I have yet to upgrade the doors. The stock amp is a Kicker 370 watt upgrade I added, actually sounds pretty good for a daily driver, and I am just looking to add nice bass, without shaking the windows, and also I want it as clear as possible for a budget. ($400 or under)

Couple quesions... should I get an amp I could use at 4ohm instead of 2? Does one produce a cleaner signal than the other?

you'll need a 2 ohm stable mono block....for a pair of those if they are dual 2's

Should I consider a 4ohmn amp instead? What is the diff? I mean I could by dual 4 ohm subs too.

Any thoughts or opinions of one that will work best if any of these?

with 2 dual 2ohm subs, either of the amps you listed will work

out of those i personally would go with the audison

wire them in series and the amp sees a 2 ohm load, in theory your subs see 650watts

i havent used any of the specific amps your listing but alpine, memphis, audison , and kicker are all very reputable names.

take your pick.

if money is an issue, id go with the alpine

You might consider the new small footprint Pioneers. The GM-D8400M does 600x1 at 2 ohms. I've seen it in person on a pair of JL 13w3's and it was slammin. It's on ebay for a just over 2 bills.
