which do you prefer, i like push terminals so much better, so i dont need any tools to wire up my sub
x998253945723If we're talking about the terminals on the subwoofer basket itself, I don't mind a set of heavy duty push terminals...I haven't had a problem with them coming undone yet.
Push terminals for the back of speaker enclosures and equipment should be ripped off and burned, however...they're always too small, and don't provide enough holding power. Use a good set of 5way binding posts instead.
x2Push terminals are more convenient, screw terminals are more secure. I personally like strong push terminals as a compromise.
haha yeah my xxx is what brought this up, the ****ing magnet is strong lol i had a screw that was sticking to the bottom of my box cuz of the xxx magpush terminals for me. i remember when i had a xxx it was somewhat a pain to screw down the terminals. the motor was in the way and the allen wench kept getting stuck on the magnet.
