Week and a half ago i ordered my new Pioneer 3200dvd. Got fed up and canceled my order last friday (waited a week) cause they hadn't shipped yet(Backorder(bs)). Friday night they reactivate my canceled order w/o my permission, charged my account and say the unit is shipped. Did get a call from them when they reactivated my order to ask me if its still ok to ship but wasnt home. Said to call them Monday.. Called them yesterday(Monday) and said it would be here by the end of the week. Yes i bitched at them for doing above actions but i said just get the f'n thing to my house.

The tracking # finally showed up on the ups site on Saturday but was sitting idle up until midday yesterday. Ok, atleast i have a #, now were getting somewhere.

The tracking # they gave me is going to shreveport,la but is right about the same weight as what i ordered ..On a funnier note, 2 hours ago they raised the price on there site from 299 to 319. So much for the people that think there getting a deal when they use the coupon.

I'm starting to think there f'n me over because i used a $20 coupon that THEY advertised on THEIR site to buy the unit or a simple case of issuing the wrong tracking #. I'm hoping for the latter.

Couldn't today. Calling them first thing in the morning to clear some of this b.s up. I have a feeling they screwed something up through the process some how..meh.

yeah i guess it was the wrong tracking #. Should be here today. Besides the shipping problem i still think it's bad business practice to reactivate someones order and charge there account w/o permission. I had allready bid on a new unit on ebay that i could've gotten for 250 all said n done..It's only 30 bucks but still. Cancled my order 2 hours before the cutoff time for retracting my bid.

So i guess just a little f up on there end reguarding shipping,tracking, reactivating and charging my account w/o my permission. Lets hope it shows up unscathed.

It's been soo long since I've ordered anything (new/expensive) car audio related off the net besides small stuff ebay. I think the last new h/u i bought was back in h.s 10 years ago. Iirc it was a jvc kameleon lx100. Those were pimp back in the day and cost about 250 iirc.

Neways, ups says it was delivered so i'll have to take a gander at it when i get home.

I cant stand hifi. My first order through thier ebay went fine, but I've had multiple problems since. And thier customer service is rediculous. they've.fucked up orders, straight lied to me, took my money without my authorization etc. I cannot believe they have stayed in business as long as they have and are successful.

Owners son is a douche (he does CS). Had to threaten em with a lawsuit to get my money back once
