Their is absolutely no haggling allowed when dealing with the base Scion. I am not too sure about the accessories but the dealership can't mark up nor mark down any Scion vehicle. The price itself is already at a good bang-for-buck value though so don't feel like your getting ripped.Oh yeah, another question. When you bought your Scion, were there any negotiations on the price? The salesman told me that Toyota had moved onto "Pure Pricing" which is basically what it says on the sticker is what it wll cost you. Is that completely true or have you all bargained and gotten the price down a little?
You might try to get some free floormats or something but since you are going for an 07, demand is probably high and they might not be up for it.
And if your lucky you won't have to go through a one month wait like I had to.
As for upgrading the audio system, it is very easy. Taking apart the center console is simple and straightforward. Their is also a lot of space behind the deck and routing the wire around the car is simple simple too. I would have to say the most difficult part of installation process is routing the power wire through the firewall but even this isn't that difficult.
