I want to build up a custom subwoofer

The coil I have in mine to use is an atomic 3 inch apx coil

I want to know what is the best motor I can use is in my custom design e.g. dd, mt or btl

I will be using the same basket from atomic so the spiders will line up from the atomic kit

So please help, offer me some suggestions

the cone and coil kit will be atomic apx or apxx sorft parts will be mmat dreadnut

2.what are the differance between motora beside their size (materal wise )

3.does basket make a differance in their different designs or jus for cooling

Just buy one and spend time on tuning the box. Having a custom woofer wont make you special!!!

Well, it'll make you special if it's not a hodge podge of parts designed for other drivers.

Most people start with a motor and get the frame and soft parts they want to go with it, not the other way around. That is, if you are really dead-set on doing this, because it plainly obvious you are in over your head so far. But good luck dude.

N/M its Trinidad, thats why you cant speak freakin english, but its O.K., couse most people living in U.S. cant speak freakin english. lol
