SCARY Sleep Paralyisis

Happend a few times. Woke up to find that i couldnt do shit but move my eyes. It scary as shit. All i did was fall back asleep and hope i wont stay that way when i wake up. Worked out so far.

When im sleeping I will dream of something hitting something else. Like a car crash or something hitting the ground and right when whatever it is hits in my dream I wake up and actually hear something for real like a pot hitting the floor or the door closing. Its really weird like I know its going to happen.

Worst thing to happen to me was wake up drooling on a school bus in middle school.

That happened yesterday to me in class. I would doze off and then something would make me jump out of no where, but no one was near enough to do it to me. Weird stuff.
EDIT: Yeah, the falling thing is gay, wonder if that's what I was experiencing then...

I heave heard if you hit the ground it can create a heart attack

I also use to have a huge stereo in my room, with a time that was never set that would turn on almost ful blast in the middle of the night...... I still dont know to this day if it was dreams or the real thing....happened about 3 times a week

X2! When I was little I had a dream I was falling off something(forgot what it was) I was really falling off my bunk bed. Can't see how my mind would be that fast

Yea been there. Seriously as much as it makes you panic just try nextime to chill and fall back out. You will wake back up maybe 10 mins later trippin or the next morning trippin but, you will be able to move again.

I really hate when you have a VERY real dream then your wake up to find out that it really is true but then realize your still dreaming so you wake up again but find out it was real but then you realize its still a dream.. I woke up crying because I had a dream of my mom dying repeat about 4 times before I REALLY woke up and found out it was really a dream... Scary shit

Yeah, that's happened to me before, too... it seems like during sleep, we can see the future. I think deja vu comes from dreams. I've had so much deja vu and it seems like it always originates from my dreams.

On another note, when i was in high school, a kid was falling asleep and twitched and fell out of his desk. It was hilarous.

One strange time i wwas dreaming someone was choking me then i raised up and my neck hurt so i went to look at it and had big red welping finger prints. Scary shit

I also hate the hit on the head then jerk out of sleep thing

when it happens to me i concentrate on moving my foot....like shaking it and it wakes me up then i roll over and go back to sleep....first time it happened tho i was freaked out
