SCARY Sleep Paralyisis

I have came close to collapsing once getting up but just sat back down on the bed. at that same instant I couldn't see for about 5 seconds
One time I also got up and walked into the bathroom to get in the shower under my own control, and then I just completely lost all muscle control and fell out for about 5 seconds on the floor. The toilet just happen to break my fall with a nice shot to the chin.

Same thing happened to me. Coincidentally enough, I was dreaming that I overdosed on pills. When I woke out of it, I laid there for a good 20-30 seconds on the bed wide awake, but couldn't move my body, or breath. After about 30 seconds my body snapped back into it and I took a huge gasp of air and starting flailing. Scary stuff. Only has happened once though.

I was just on here about 1/2 and hour ago and went to go watch tv when I fell asleep. Right when I fell asleep I woke back up but couldn't move besides moving my eyes. Then I started hearing a noise like a train stopping and screeching. I knew about this sleep paralysis before but never experienced it. My heart is still pounding though but it just ended
thats what sleep paralysis is? this happened to me during last year's commercial fishing season. I woke up in the middle of sleeping, but i couldnt do ANYTHING physically. some scary shit hehe.

the worst dreams are when you are in pain or being hurt and you can actually feel it.

like once i had a dream and i forget what it was about but i had burned my hand and i woke up sweating and my hand was all red so i went to the bathroom to put it under water and it felt a little better but as soon as i took it out of the waterit started burning like crazy again.

That happens to me almost daily. Especiall if I dose off during the day.
And I love nightmares. Except the ones when a close one dies.
i have more nightmares than good dreams

almost always involving some sort of shooting or zombies

and the best part is it is always a sick dream.

This happens to me quite often, I would say once a month. I really always thought it was because I rolled ove on my face or something and really couldnt breathe and was suffocating. Then its like Ill build up energy after about 30 seconds and I can move. But yea, it happens quite often to me.
