demand your money back on the whole deal, and file a claim with the shipping company. They will pay the insurance claim to the person who shipped it, IF it was insured. If not he'll get $100 bucks for being a dumb@ss and not insuring.

Its quite possible they got dropped. It's with the US Postal Service, my mom got the pacakge andf they were cussing/swearing at it.

I'm going to put the speaker on a level surface then put a level on ithe magnet to see if it's bent.

I knew I shoul have bought the 18" 4hp tc sounds from stupify.... I caught it in the butt too.

**** that cone is FROZE! It's like somebody glued it. But, as far as I can tell, it is straight. I have no precision tools to tell this, but it seems okay. It woul have to be pretty bent to freeze the coil right?

The subs, were they in their orginal box w/original packing? I'm betting not. The magnet MAY have slipped.

That happened to an SE I got from Cappy....makes for a sad day and sux for you right now. It'll all work out as long as the shipment was insured.
