Scammed on 3 12" JLW6's

Well, the PO is a government controlled company so you do the math. I had to deal with them on insurance claim once for a measly $15 and it took me 6 months to get the money. The lady you know is nothing more than a face. She will not handle the claim herself and take care of it all. It has to go through all the "political" chains if you know what I'm saying.
Oh sheeot. Well, we'll see tomorrow waht happens. Probably gonna hafta get the refund from this guy...

 
You won't ****ing believe this, but I took the magnet boot off, hit the magnet with a rubber mallet ONCE, and it snapped in place. The cone is free, the woofer plays.

how after all this time how is it that u think to do that hahah man that sucks tho, 350 for 3 w6s that is a hell of a deal, i bet it was a buzz kill when one didnt work, hell i would have been happy with 2 at the price.... but thats all cool that it worked out nice job:D

not to be a party pooper, I'm glad you got it working, but it's still messed up and now it's all yours:crazy: Sure it works, but not 100%

insurance is not impossible, it's just a hassle that can be a very drawn out process. IMO, I feel it's best to speak with the seller and if possible, get a refund and return the items. Let them deal with the trouble of insurance.
I've sent a few items out that have gotten busted. The buyer has always handled insurance...asked me for some info, but that was it. I would never refund someone's money because the post office messed up. That is in no way the sellers responsibility. Well, depending on the boxes //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif. Were these shipped in some janky *** cardboard boxes?(no clue what the jl boxes look like). Nice, i remember when USPS dropped my SX i bought , its still sittin in my trunk waiting for me to make the claim , almost seems like more hastle than its worth.
Insurance cost about %2 as well.(if you're just joe schmoe to them). They don't damage 2% of packages(in my experience), also they are *****es when stuff breaks. Insurance ftw(for the Post office //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif )

UPS deals with the SELLER. the BUYER gets their money back from the SELLER, the SELLER gets the insurance settlement from UPS. Each company may handle it differently.
