saz-1500 & saz-100.2

2 options:

1) big 3, isolator, new 2nd batt

2)big 3, relay, 2 new batts

with 1000w. your big 3 needs to be done. imo i would isolate the 2nd batt. relays just turn on and off. they allow both batts to equalize possibly causing problems down the road. just make sure the new batt/batts will handle that power.

I wouldn't think you'd need a second battery just for that, what size is your alternator? I'm pretty sure if you get a kinetik 1800 up front or something equivalent and a batcap 800 or kinetik 600/800 in the back you should be fine. I'm putting almost that exact same setup in my truck with a 60 amp alternator so I think you'd be fine.

I have an 04 accord and i'm running a saz1500 off the stock battery + alternator.

no problems power wise... so far //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

You'll be fine with your current electrical, if you want to go pick up a new YT than that gives you that much more assurance, but you should be fine, just set your gains conservatively and keep an eye out for voltage issues.
