i sanded my box today and saw dust is in the box im not at use of a air compressor and its not very much...will it be bad for sub?

Yes. Too much dust can tear it up.

Hell ive even used a leaf blower to get majority of it out/off the box. Too lazy to get the hoses out.

I use a shop vac, and then a wet rag to get up the remaining dust.

Working in the log home restoration buisness, there's these neat rags that you can get that will wipe up any sawdust lickty split, instead of clumping it like a regular wet rag can do.
EDIT: And may I ask, what kinda subs are those in yor avatar?? Never seen anything like those...

the tripple basket sub is a Memphis LVS 18x3 ( i say 18 because thats the only size it was offered in) the one with the "M" basket is a MOJO and last but not least is an old HPO
