Saturn door panel removal w/ window crank

Hey everyone, haven't posted in a long time but anyways currently I'm trying to take off the door panels on my 97 saturn SL2, no power windows so I have the **** window crank to deal with. I can't seem to get it off no matter how hard I try. I don't wanna break the **** thing so is there any special tricks or tools to use? I tried Google and searching here but no luck on how to do it. anyone with experience in this area please chime in, any help would be appreciated.

You can find a tool like that one at just about any auto parts store.
