now that the epoxy has dried here are more pics enjoy

cutting out the hole for the tweeter

drilling out a hole in order to fill the pods with expanding foam

GREAT STUFF!!!

using expanding foam to create rigidity in the pod

used a large straw in order to have a perfect hole for the speaker wire to run through

prepping and painting tweeters to look more stock and match the final product

grinding and sanding out all the flaws before we paint

painting them so the color of the sanded epoxy doesn't show through the grill cloth

everything has dried and here are the final pictures finished and installed

solder the wire to the terminal leads

finishing touches on the pod

as said before the wire travels through the straw

after we cut out the hole for the tweeter

perfectly tight fit

two complete tweeter sail panels

also the grill cloth we used to wrap them looks a bit purplish in the pictures. its not that harsh in real life and its barely noticeable unless its pointed out.
