Safe way to disconnect amps?

i have to take my two amps out of my car tomorrow because i'm taking my car to my mechanic on monday. Since i've never uninstalled anything, what's the safest way to go about taking my two amps out? Take the fuses out of the power wire first then disconnect all the wires?

disconnect negative of battery, then disconnect negatives on the amps, then the postives on the amps

disconnect your neg wire from you batt and your good, then just unhook everything else

either remove the fuse, or disconnect the amp from the battery, or disconnect the battery

leave you car parked in a bad area overnight and someone will remove your amps for you.

my battery is under my seat, which is under my false floor which is under my amps. that's why i have to take them out for my mechanic..

but thank you for the help everyone. so if i disconnect my negative on my battery, i can disconnect all the wires on my amps, then after they're out if i take out the fuses on my power wires i shouldn' thave to worry about a hot wire right?

Well, if you take out the fuse from the battery underneath your false floor... then you wouldn't even have to worry about taking off the negative.
