SAAB help with factory eq 3sixty or cleansweep

Hey everyone. My first post here but I am in no way new to car audio.

Anyways I have a 2006 saab 9-3 2.0 with Upgraded speaker system.

Im putting a pair of RE 6.5's off a kicker 250.2

The car has a factory amp in the trunk which provides ample power for my 250.2 and grounds.

I was wondering should I go with the Clean sweep or Rocksford 3sixty?

Also does the factory amp in the back get full range signals?

Also does the 3sixty adjust already eq'd signals? I know the JL you need the Signal Summing interface.

Well I think with the 3sixty I can do it wherever. They recommend after an amp as well.
