Awsome! Im about to do the same on my 99 s10. What did you water proof the box with? I dont have the money for a bed cover

fiberglass mating and resin the outside of the enclosure. It will be as waterproof as it gets. I will be ripping it out when i get back from Iraq and putting 4 dd3500's next on a single saz-4500d and a single hc2400 and alt. This current set up hurts @45 hz. I will get some numbers up after the show I'm going to on Sunday.

how did you seal it off. do you have a bed cover? how hard was it to cut? did you accordion boot it?

black roof caulking for sealing the boot and lots of fiberglass. I made my own boot for $20 out of a seal for the bottom of garage doors. The accordion was like 80 bux and im a cheap ***. If you want the real thing though go to http://www.accordionboot.com/

i have a 95 s-10 and had a blow through with 2 9512 and a M3 that got hella loud but wanted more so did a full walk through with 8 2510's in a 4th order with 2 M2a's these 2500 series subs work awsome in 4th orders might wanna give it a try
