Running XS65 active: two amps?

Not sure how to phrase this question:

For those who have gone active, are you running one or two amps for the front soundstage?

I am thinking I need 150w RMS each for a pair of XS65 woofers and about 50w RMS each for the tweets.

Amp I have now is a four channel pushing about 125w RMS to each channel.

Budget isn't too important; I'll go cheap ($3-400 for both amps) for now if that would be better than my current amp or drop a bit of cash (up to $1k if the price to SQ ratio made it worth it).

U can go active with a simple 4 channel. Its all in the HU. Some amps are active capable but dnt offer near what a solid HU offers. U wanting to run 4 6.5's and a set of tweets or 2 6.5's and a set of tweets? Either way a single 4 channel can still be used.

I put them in today. I've got a Rockford Fosgate R600-4D. Currently running active with woofers connected to the rear output and tweets connected to front. The amp is 100w RMS. I'm just thinking these speakers would sound better with more power running to them and since it seems to be the thing to do with these.

I wonder: is 150 right or should I go 200 or 250?

They sound great at the moment. Midbass is decent but I figured there'd be more ... though, I hear after a few hours, this will change.
