Running One Channel @ 2 ohms!?!

Would i be safe to run one channel on my new extremo-cheapo Pioneer DEH-1600 at 2 ohms. I plan on hooking both the front channels to normal 4 ohms & one rear to my 12 & the other to both of my 6x9's in parrallel. I know that I could just wire the 6x9's in series,but i want some max output. This whole system is simply holding me over until i get a car that i actually want. & a system that I actaully LIKE!

probably not -- it's probably 2 ohm stereo stable at best probably 4 ohm stable tho.

read the manual on the radio... it will tell you what u can do... most say speakers - 4-8 ohms... i wouldn't try 2
