Running new speaker wire?

Anybidy run new speaker wire through the front doors on a new jetta? I hate tapping into stock wires, what do you guys thing worth the effort?

just tap into the oem wiring. not that big of a deal. won't hear any sound difference

For what? Are you running it from the speakers to the HU? If so, then you have no reason. But if you got an external amp for your door speakers then yes, speaker wire other than stock would be good.

i've ran it both ways and unless your car has a factory amp, both ways work fine. the only problem i had taping into oem wire from a external amp, was that it was run through a factory amp and i got bad noise

If the wiring boots are anything like the old jettas I wouldn't even mess with it.
