running amp through speakers...

hey

at the moment i'm gunna sell my current sub and run my speakers through the amp while i wait to get a new sub. can u guys help me with how to connect the amp through the speakers so the bass goes through the speakers to. when i disconnect the sub the speakers do work but just the vocals come out and no bass as it seems the power is still trying 2 come out the sub
