Ah, I got it now, sorry.

Then it seems the only solution would be to ban the Panda from competing, unless you want to find 40 Pandas in the judging lanes.

Similar issues have happened in different auto racing classes, where one type of car had an unfair advantage, and the only remedy is to ban that type of vehicle from competition.

Either that, or allow more mods for the rest of the cars competing.

Then they should hold the World Finals in Europe, and specify that all the cars must meet American safety standards.

A friend of mine competes with a yugo out here. He had good results, but its still not QUITE as good as a panda would be

I found one on ebay last month for $500 out in Roundrock Tx, but shipping it that far is usually a grand.
