If u run 2 amps and 2 subs,1amp per sub in a box that's not a dual chamber. Will I damage the subs?
If the enclosure is partitioned and one of the subwoofers becomes damaged, he'll be able to continue running the undamaged sub until he obtains a replacement. They dont need to be individually chamberred, why are you shits giving them mis information
If the subs are the same, and the amps are the same, yes its fine. Keep all the settings and xovers on the amp as close to the same as possible.
Theres no harm in sharing a common chamber box with the same equipment
If the amps aren't strappable, you'll want to add a partition to the enclosure.
Doesnt mater if there strap able or not, he asked if he could put it all in a common chamber, and you mo fukas made him think he had to make it a dual chamber, shame on you lolAnd I'd only recommend partioning the enclosure if his amplifiers aren't strappable. That's not really misinformation, it's just a matter of opinion...
Of course there's nothing wrong with a single chambered enclosure, but the option of running 1 subwoofer if the other or 1 of the amps becomes damaged should sound appealing to lots of people. He wouldn't be able to do that with a single chambered box. Partitioning the enclosure would add bracing as well.Doesnt mater if there strap able or not, he asked if he could put it all in a common chamber, and you mo fukas made him think he had to make it a dual chamber, shame on you lol
But yes, single chamber, have fun
They don't need to be strappable. As long as the AC output voltage is the same and the x-over settings are within the same. Its perfectly fine.If the enclosure is partitioned and one of the subwoofers becomes damaged, he'll be able to continue running the undamaged sub until he obtains a replacement.
