Rounding/45's in aeroport enclosures?

Just flare your port ends, and you should be fine. I prefer to build aeroport enclosures, because they are easy to tune. When you build a box, it is hard to take the vehicle's properties into account. With a slotted box, it is hard to get tuning right (unless you like to build a ton of boxes).

Good luck with the box

yea im going to flare it... well im going to get some metal spiral fittings lol.... but anyway, my question concerns if i should do the inside corners of the box

Any sharp turn causes turbulence. People use aeroports as a be-all end-all to correct this even if there's 2 or 3 bends in the box; the aeroport can only reduce the turbulence at the port end. I would round or 45° all the bends in addition to the aero.

i dont see them that way, i like them because they are easier to tune/mess with tunning, also they require a less amount of port and box size

See it how you want, I'm just telling you a bit of what I know of fluid mechanics.
i understand what your saying,i just like because they are easier to deal with as far as maintenance on tuning, slots are great but cant really fix port issues once its done
