Mkay...so I am back with more questions haha...

Some of you know, some of you dont, The Ride: 1974 Ford PINTO

Just finished wall yesterday, actually consists of two boxes, each holding (2) 12"s

Subs: (4) Rockford P3's Dual 4

Amp: (1) Kicker Kx1200.1 (running 2 ohm with all 4 subs, so getting like 150ish RMS to each 12" atm....I know, very low power)

Electrical: All stock atm, running 4Ga to amp (going to all 0Ga, waiting til car gets put away for winter to start on this....(probably next 2-3 weeks))

Anywho, got two boxes in last night at like midnight...wanted to hear it, not even sealed off from hatch yet, just two boxes sitting in with like 3-5" of gap on each side...and took it out where no houses were to bump it a bit, and my roof/hatch flex like mad...and the roof makes some unbareable sounds haha...Suggestions for dampeners?

I know hatch flex will minimize when i do put trimwork in and seal box off from hatch...but roof flex will not...(i dont think)

i looked at this, anyone used it? good? should i just go with some dynamat? Cba on using Spray foam, dont want to ruin teh car. http://www.edesignaudio.com/product_info.php?cPath=21&products_id=53

Other than that, point me towards waht you think, Links+prices would be kewl....

Thank You in advance

P.S: If ANYONE has a Kicker KX1200.1 pm me...i want another so i can go back to 1 ohm and have like 600 watts a sub RMS not 150-200ish haha...

you lose spl with flex my friend, and it sounds like shit on the outside...i can hear my rook flexing when both my windows are open, and it sounds so bad:(
Thank you....I can hear mine on the inside and it sounds like shit...and i got like 150 watts to a sub...I need more power...then i will be scaredto hear it

pm me, A member just got it, you can ask him lol
I am scared...haha...but my bday is tomorrow, so if i do it, i should get 18 dollars //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif one for every year i have been alive...haha

i rigged a piece of mdf in the rear of my roof, where it was flexing the worst. Then i filled that mofo with foam. Now, the front part flexes horribly...so next year i get to fix that.

Are you serious? Most of the guys here put on youtube videos showcasing their roof flex....
No kidding...

Then again, I would rather paint something just to watch it dry than sit through the torture of yet another "Look at muh panel flex, yo" video.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif
