the kole should do like 1200w or so, but who know for how long, I forget what PA amp has the same board, search around Im sure you will find it

Not sure on the board. I would guess 1500 on that amp. I know the 5500d phantik series. Btw I am talking about the phantik are the better ones built in korea. We tested it at about 1600 watts with imp rise around 2 ohms at 10.8 volts so I am sure at 14.4 and at 1 ohm it prob does a true 2500rms. And for burps I have ran a pair of these amps at 1 ohm strapped to my 8 12's and didn't have ANY clipping issues. They seem to be great amps

Another thing is I think the kole phantik 5500d is made in the same build house as the orion hcca amps. BOTH amps are made in korea (which very very few amps are) and both amps use 3 main power coils which those are the only two amps I have ever seen 3 used

Looks are the only similarities.These are the same thing as Power Acoustik and SPL

the Kole 4000 watt has 4 30 fuses

I purchased One of the Kole 2 channel's and tested it against a Hifonics. The KOLE out powered the Hifonics by a large margin.

my buddy had power acoustik 5500d on 4 mofo 12's ported at 29 hz. He bought a phanatik series kole 5500 and smoked the subs lol.

Well honestly the phantik series just came out like 3 months ago I do believe so I doubt it was the new one. the phantik 5500d is a TOTALLY different board than the old kole 5500d and the last year power acoustik and bamf 5500d's and spl 5500ds. etc. If I remember correctly I seen one of those 5500 boards (the older ones) was a planet audio 2250 board but it must have used cheaper components because those things blew up left and right

it was older then he had that set up like a 6 months ago
