Rockford speakers cutting out

Alright so i got a a pair of rockford p162s components and i got it hooked up to a koiiler amp 1000 watt max 400rms. also on a different channel 2 6x9s.

now when i turn up a bit - i can still yell and talk to ppl - but not that loud it cuts out. but the back speakers are still goin.

any ideas of whats goin on? / ways to fix?
