Rockford fuse blowing

Im lost, I have a rockford 6002 amp on two kicker cvr 15's it sounded great the first week no problems at all. I decided to clean my car out completely so i took everything out and put it back in and it all of a suddens start blowing the two 40a fuses in the amp. It completely blows them out quickly it plays fine at low levels but when i turn it up it blows the fuses? help! I cant figure out whats wrong

That's why I deleted it - I saw the playing at low volumes part. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

If you hook up the power and ground to your amp backwards, it'll blow the fuse(s)(hopefully.) immediately.

How do I know this? .. um, .. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

dont worry man, Ive done some stupid shit back in the day while hooking up equipment...Like installing an entire setup with not only the battery connected, but the car turned on (not with the engine running but witht the key in the ACC position)...Ahhhh the ignorance at the age of 14
