Rockford Fosgate 1 OHM Stable

Anyone know of such an amp? I am looking to hook up 3 Rockford P1S412's in a Mustang. The installer tells me to find a 1ohm stable amp and I have no idea what to look for. Someone please send me a link to one or something? I'd like for it to be Rockford since it's going in a show car and I'd like for it to all match.

The P1000-1bd is one ohm stable but thats probably a little more power than you need.

But you don't need a one stable amp, those three woofers produce either a 2.67 ohm load or a 6 ohm load

Holy crap, am I reading this right.... According to RF those subs only handle 150 watts RMS and 300 watts MAX? Hell, find an amp that give you 600 watts RMS @ 2 ohms and call it a wrap.

ETA: A class AB that gives you 600 watts RMS @ 4 ohms would probably be a good fit if you wired all the subs in series.

They are single 4ohm coils , 1.3ohm or 12ohm

Nominal impedence is different than what the actual impedance ends up being in the enclosure. A 1 ohm stable amplifier will have no problem with a 1.34 ohm load //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Basically any monoblock amp stable to 1 ohm. Shouldn't be more than 2k...

I like the convo going on in here, if only I can find the correct amp...lol..someone link me please? 600 RMS is just find, I just need it to be 1 ohm stable and Rockford Fosgate.
