Sold Robotunderground on ebay

Guys, it's for your own to decide................ he does seem to do some positive, but GOD forbid anything be wrong with your transaction, because the guy is a total jerk!!!!!!!!! The customer is NEVER right and all he wants is more money to fix his problem, which never gets corrected. He is foul in every sense of the word................. do some searches anywhere on the net, he is WORLD FAMOUS for being a first class *******.................lol.
Have you dealt with this personally or just from reading what others say?

Not trying to defend him, just curious.

No, a personal dealing.............. he bought an item from me. e-mailed me and told me the item was damaged. Told me he would not file a claim since the package was not bubble wrapped. Later told me sub basket was actually damaged. Then even later told me the basket was actually broken, but all he really needed was the motor anyway and if I would give him a full refund he would forget the problem. I told him if he would not file a claim, please ship the item back and I would issue a full refund. He proceeded to send numerous profanity laced e-mails stating I was costing him money because he had already sold the motor (as one of his rebuilds). I even offered a discount, but he wanted a full refund. He filed a claim on Paypal, but paypal notified him the item had arrived and he had the option to keep or ship it back for the full refund I offered.

He did ship the sub back. it looked as if the frame had been put in a vice and bent until broken (TCSounds LMS 4000, not a cheap sub). I paid the full refund and he proceeded to leave negative feedback on ebay, my first and ONLY negative in 10 years and over 2000 total feedback.......... (ebay name supplied by pm to anybody interested for verification and several sales/purchases on this site and diy)

Everytime he e-mailed his story changed. Interspersed were the profanity laden e-mails. I felt I was being taken, but I stand behind EVERY item I sell 100%. The guy is VERY unprofessional. VERY rude and since I have talk to numerous people who can back up these same feelings.

That sux.

I have several LMS-4000's and I'd have to say it would take miracle to damage just the basket and nothing else.

Well my experience with Patrick everytime I purchased has been a1 service and here is how good it was when something went wrong.

I bought a 15 inch Adire Brahma and called to tell him the output sucked and I thought it should be doing much better than it was. I had the coils read and they were reading very funky and the output just was not that great at all. I was then told nothing was wrong it had to be on my end it just had to be.

Well about 2 weeks later Patrick called ME and said he was sorry and that they had a piece of equipment that was bad so when the subs were built they were not up to par and the output on a few of them was way off and that I was not the only one with the same issue. He then upgraded me to a tc3000 15 inch with aluminum front and a NEO motor with all kinds of extras shipped FREE and offered me to keep the Adire that worked just fine just not up to spec!!! HOWS THAT FOR SERVICE!!!

ROBOTUNDERGROUNd=FREAKIN AWESOME in my opinion.

guy must be schizo, I don't know why he goes off of the bad trips............... just to add a little more, he kept telling me he would not file a claim with fedex because I did not put bubble wrap on the sub????? But the frame was so broken it would have had to have been hit by one of the forklifts to break the frame that way.................. funny thing was when it was shipped back in the original packaging there was very little damage on the packaging.............. it must have been a ghost forklift that missed the packaging and went directly to the frame, but regardless even went further to post negative feedback (after full refund) that actually states I cost him money because he had the item sold................ go figure.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif

check the diy link on the first page and go to the last page, a good member had been having personal problems..................... he also had a disagreement with robotunderground of several grand. unfortunately he took his own life............................

Geez, not sure where to begin. Blaming someone else for a ******* is not my first choice for sympathy to a poor argument position... But I don't blame you.

Ok, let's get the conversions right. Over 2000 feedback = less than 2000 feedback.

Mark's assistant ships a beautiful LMS sub pretty quick, but decides to not use any padding. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif

ZERO, zilch, nada, no padding for a pretty hefty sub. But I'm glad Mark figured out that it was a ghost that broke the frame and not gravity or the lack of padding. I'm glad Mark took responsibility for his assistant’s mistake and advised me that he'd always shipped out subs like that and had ZERO problems... Maybe I was being too critical of the damage.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

It's a good thing that the Fork Ghost fixed the box when it made it back to Mark. I included a pad under the motor so that maybe he could salvage it.

I must admit, I was sad to hear he didn't want to sell me the motor so it would save him return shipping... Oh wait, that's right, silly me.. I paid return shipping. YIKES!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crying.gif.ec0ebefe590df0251476573bc49e46d8.gif

Marky Mark and his Funky Bunch made me sad though when he accused me of trying to cheat him. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crying.gif.ec0ebefe590df0251476573bc49e46d8.gif I knew he could retaliate with negative feedback, but I bit the bullet and did my best to let the public know of The Funky Bunch's douche baggery.

Then I got even sadder when Snarky Mark pulled his account so that I couldn't leave feedback. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/uhoh.gif.c07307dd22ee7e63e22fc8e9c614d1fd.gif

See kids, if you're not a registered user, you can't leave feedback for that user. The other thing kids, if you don't leave feedback after 90 days, you loose your chance to do so. It's a good thing I checked back before my window closed. I became Mark's first negative feedback.

Oh, I wish it wasn't so. Mark worked really hard on his feedback..//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/peace.gif.2db28b618ed8d1964ebbe2f5021d2c39.gif Maybe he just forgot to check the package like me..//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tomatoface.gif.6507032fedd1868ec0a6a447bb29a18a.gif I forgot to tap on the terminals of an amp before it shipped. I don't want Mark to go through that. I think he's a good guy... Now his assistants that packed the order, I think they need a stern talking to. That Funky Bunch, you know those rascals.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif

It's a good thing that Mukas Madera made this thread. I had forgotten all about my $24 and lost sale. The Baby Jesus told me to forgive Mad Madera, even though he has trespassed here, pandering for sympathy from strangers.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/youreawesome.gif.a27e190c662afa8e2be5686b27bd1659.gif

Keep your chin up, Mark.. The sadness will not linger forever.

LOL, look at the new funnies on the diy post to see more from our wonderful Patrick above................... the guy just never stops. He twists every story to cover his ........... not even sure what. But don't take my word, look at the number of "fans" Patrick has.

PS, Patrick you might want to get you facts straight, look at the all feedback tab and you will see a total of 2398 (1967 total score).............. you don't usually get credit from ebay for repeat customers. But oh yeah, you might not know much about that since you don't get many...........lol.

Last word, I guess 10+ years on ebay by me, 2398 TOTAL feedback and one negative kind of speaks for itself, but the ebay link posted by the above shows three negative feedback for him, on just the page he linked......................... lol. Maybe that explains something.............

I spent hours reading the thread on diy. And honestly dude you're a douche. You might have alot of happy customers (good for you) But you also have disgruntled customers, which have a right to be, You sell pieced together pieces of shit and im glad I decided not to give you my business. (Seems like a bunch of people did the same) As a business you have the responsibility of pleasing the people that keep your business running. And you've obviously got this *** backwards. Honestly dude I hope ru goes up in flames because you don't know how to treat a customer.
