Just wanted to clarify: "sad to hear he didn't want to sell me the motor", actually means he offered that if I gave him 100% refund and let him keep the sub, he would not file a negative feedback for me (I did not feel that it was an equitable offer, more like extortion). I originally offered 100% refund, but only after the sub was returned. After profanity laced e-mails that noted he only really needed the motor anyway and already had it sold, he filed a claim with Paypal. Paypal ruled he had to return the product and then I would give the 100% refund, which I had already offered but Paypal noted he was responsible for the return shipping............ his choice to file, I just followed the rules.
Finally, I'm not mad, just felt a few others might want to know about his dealings.
