RMS Handling on Diamond Hex Comps???

Would 125x2 from a Kenwood Excelon amp be too much?

... too little?

Diamond rates them as 2-170... they don't really give an RMS rating and a Peak rating.

You should be very happy with those speakers. Very good build quality and they sound really good to my ears. A friend just informed me he is sending the exact same components in his ***** Am 150w. He also added that the gains and bass boost on the amp were kept minimal.

That's perfect then... you just made my day.

I already have the amp and I was planning on ordering those speakers sometime this week!!! I hoped that I wouldn't have to sell the amp and buy another!!!

Hey, one more thing... I'm taking the back seats out of my PT Cruiser to make room for fiberglassing and some other custom work... it'll just be a "two-seater" now //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif ..... should I even worry about getting speakers for the back (highs and mids)? Or will the Diamond Comps up front be all that I need with 1 12" Eclipse ALUM in the back?

You should be perfectly fine with just the components up front. No need at all for rear speakers - especially since you are removing the seat.
