best spl subs for 200 dollars or less

can i get some opinions on the best subs for 200 dollars or lower. i was thinking about gettin one 15 inch sub and that can run at 2 ohms and hookin it up to a jbl 1200.

you wont find an RE dealer online, but you can just call the company and they will tell you how much it is shipped.

Well, that's not exactly fair...the SE 15 can outplay the HC 12 in every setup I have heard.
