On a side note, never use a circuit breaker under your hood, glass fuses are much safer. A CB works by mechanical means, and as such, corrosion can/will affect it. And under a hood is a pretty harsh environment. At best corrosion will change the CB's break point (corrosion will make it harder to open the contacts) and at worst it would freeze totally, leaving your wire completely unprotected. A fuse, even if corroded completely in place, will still burn at the same current draw point. I only use CB's inside the passenger compartment, and fuses under the hood.
