RL-P15's or AA Arsenal 15's

I don't know much about either of these subs and I have never heard them in person, but I found a lot of good reviews about em. They both cost about the same and I'm planning on getting a pair of one or the other. Which one do you guys think would be a better choice? I'm looking for SQL and I don't want them to take up a bunch of room, the box recommendations look about even.

Its really hard to tell which will be better, as most havent dealt with both. The Arsenal is the upgrade to the Ava FYI....Not many own arsenals, but plenty have/had owned Avas....

See if you can find a comparison between an Ava and RL-P...

I might just have to go on looks then, because they seem like they're both pretty even on everything else.

i have the RL-p 15, and a good buddy of mine owns a 15 ava. he's sending about 800 or so to his sub, and so am i. both sealed around 2.0 cu ft (he's slightly larger at 2.2 net).

and the be dead honest, the subs are **** close. both are very accurate and musical, but can also get loud and hit those loooow notes just fine. so if the arsenals are anything like the ava's, you're pretty much good with either sub.

Theres a good answer for ya...the arsenals are designed with more efficiency and I believe better top end response. SO its a toss up.
AA has a three year warranty, not sure what the SS has. But apparently you cant beat SS's CS....

Man thats a hard decision. I may be in the same boat in a couple of months. I can say this though. I own the Assassins and have been very pleased with them. I just want louder. cant go wrong with either imo, similar specs, similar power recommendations, both great subss. period. good game, choose what u like looks wise or instinct

Go with the Rl-p. Soundsplinter and Mike, the owner, are a company truly worth supporting. Best customer service you'll ever deal with, and he's really a stand up guy running a stand up company.

Both are great subs. As carguy said before, we have compared them time and time again... Both respond very well, sq is great, and both can get loud. I have not had ANY customer service issues with AA. They offered to ship me a new ava when mine had some dust on there but I was able to clean it off so i declined. They also recone a 15" ava for 60 bucks so you can't beat that .

Actually I don't know anyone who has had either sub, and in San Diego there's a lot people that just have mainstream subs. The arsenals being more efficient means they can get louder easier with less power right? Right now I'm just looking for any reason to choose one over the other, I think they're both badass looking and now I'm starting to like the black face. Does the RL-P have an aluminum face on it?
