rl-p box recomendations

1 rl-p 12" I want real good low end,was thinking 1.5-2.0 ported @ 28 hz,however I dont want it to sound "one-notish" possibly go sealed?????????help me out.powering it with 1000 watts rms US amps power
2.0 tuned to 30-35 would work great...

the question is are you looking for output or just sq?

just sq --> 1.2 Sealed

Mix --> 1.6 tuned to 26-28

loud --> 2.1 tuned to 34-36 (should watch teh gains)

ported --> 20-24 sq in of port area

I got my two 12's in today. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/up2something.gif.dd110ecf3ae4b76050d87598f2f8de7c.gif

They're going in a box thats 4ft^3 NET @ 28hz. I'm only going to be using 2 4" aeroports though.

Hey I think the low end is pretty good It takes some time to break in and the SQ is great. I have 1-12 in at 2ft at 32hz and the more I listen to it the louder it gets. It hits hard and sounds good doing it. I am giving it 800 watts and it could take more. I think you will be happy. I put it in and and first did not think it had the lows but it needs some play time like I said she is getting louder every time I listen to it and when I say that I mean in the lowend.

MJ.

Happy I got a RL-p12
