Rim question

There is a guy who listed some 22s in the paper in my area but he only has 3 but they are in good condition and have fairly new Pirelli tires. He claims there is a rim shop just down the road from him that can get the same wheel and its $250 and I figure another $150 for a tire and he doesnt know the name brand because they need center caps too. He is asking $700 and says he will negotiate a little. He said they were universal 5 lugsand were on an older cutlass and would fit on some sort of Lincoln too and didnt know if they would fit on my vehicle which is a 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4Wd all the time so I was wondering if anyone knew any info on this for me and if it sounds like a possible thing to look into. if he can get you another one then he probably know the make and model? check out what lug patterns they made

Only thing UNIVERSAL lug pattrn means is that they are 2 different bolt patterns on the wheel. They still may not fit.
