Right speakers won't work

I have a 68 corvette with an aftermarket corvette radio and jenson 4 channel amplifier. The left side speakers work fine ( green wires ) but the right side speakers ( purple wires ) don't work at all. I tested the speakers themselves by plugging them on the left side and they work fine but when I plug them back on the right side , they are dead. I tried moving the balance controls and that don't work. What would cause the power to not come out of the amp ? Is there a fuse for the right side ? I found two fuses and they are both good. Also as I said , this is a corvette ( fiberglass body ) , so could it be a ground issue ? The ground wires are connected to the console bracket . Thanks in advance
