I have a RF851x 4 chan. 110x4@4, 215x4@2, and 425x2@4(bridged mono).
I have (2) 4ohm, SVC, 15' woofers.
If I would bridge BOTH woofers on one half of the amp, I take it the amp would see a 2 ohm bridged load instead of 4ohm bridged?
In theory, I would be asking the amp to put out like 800watts, bridged one side?
I'm asuming this would be a BAD thing, but I just wanted to check as the amp is stable to 2ohm.
I'm assuming however this only applies to stereo output, not bridged mono which is rated 425x2@4?
