RF vs. Massive vs. MA Audio

So...I'm thinking about either the T20001bd, Massive P3000.1, or the MA Audio HK4000D.

The terms are..the RF and MA are refurbished by "Audiosavings" and the Massive would be brand new. I can get the Massive for $575 shipped, RF refurbished (rf'ed loll) for $640, and the MA for $480.

Now, I have a TC Sounds Uberwoofer 15 (Dual 3.6 ohm coils, basically dual 4) that was in 3.5 cubes sealed off about 1000 watts and loved it. But I could tell it needed more power. RF rated 2200 @ 2ohms, Massive 3000 @ 2ohms, and MA 4000 @ 2 ohms. The Massive and MA are overkill, but if I'm gain smart, I think I should be ok. I also wanted headroom later if I planned on doing another setup (maybe adding another uber, if I can find one). Any suggestions would be a great help. Thanks

After I found out what kind of electrical system you need for this amp..I had 2nd thoughts..
