Returning to car audio after 5 years away

Hello good people,

I have been a long time bass head. I have previously owned many different subs (eclipse ti 15, SI mag v3 15, mark I brahma 15, 05 xxx 18, ascendant audio avalanche 15, and many others). I have decided to start a new build after all these years. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated

I'm not big on running big power I'm more of the 1000-1500 range now. I take Sq over spl budget wise I can see anywhere from 300-350 on sub alone.

Valid point, my plan is to run either a single 12 or 15 I'm thinking about a sundown sae-1500d as the amp sub will be ported and every box I ever had have been tuned at either 27 or 28hz so anything thats great on the low end is what I'm aiming for

There you go op, should be exactly what you need/want. I used to run a pair of the tc2000 12s, best subs that I have ever used.

It seems as though you have tried a lot of subs I just don't see a sundown sub on the list

I have been looking at the x series and looks impressive I have ran a sundown sa-12 before and was extremely impressed so I know the x series has to be incredible also
