Resurrecting Batteries for power tools.

ok so some batteries on most powertools out today are notorius for completely dying on us. But does this work? I am willing to dish the 13 bucks if it does. And it says all i need is a volt meter

and yeah, both my ryobi 18.8v batts are DEAD....

should work, should just erase the batteries "memory". after continued charge and discharge, and mostly due to improper storage conditions, batteries can delvelp crystals in them reducing capacitance and affecting storage time. this product should get rid of those crystals.

it basically charges and discharges in a specific order, amount of time, and certain capacitances.

NiCad's also have a habit of reversing cell polarity if you discharge them too deeply...that may or may not have happened.
