Is there a more efficient enclosure design for 2 R.E. xxx15's that would put out good SQL with 2400watts RMS? approximately 2600 watts peak power.

Your question is unclear. More efficient? As in ported over sealed? If thats what you mean, yes ported is much louder (at least 3db in a well designed box) than sealed.

I have 1000w going to my XXX 15" and I know it can take another 1000~1200w easy. Im going to say that 1200w to each will pound, but they will take much more.
